Job Description

We are hiring Customer Service + Renewals professionals for our Bangalore team. This is a high-priority opportunity for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or renewals. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving queries, supporting customers through the renewal process, maintaining strong customer relationships, and contributing to customer retention. Candidates must be able to communicate in multiple languages. Fluency in English, Telugu and Kannada is required for this role. Candidates should have strong verbal communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to handle customer conversations professionally. Candidates should be HSC Pass or Graduates and must have at least 1 year of relevant experience. The salary offered is ₹18,000–₹22,000 per month, depending on the candidate's last drawn salary.

Requirements

• - HSC Pass / Graduate candidates are eligible
• - Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service or Renewals
• - Age: 22–34 years
• - Fluent English communication required
• - Fluent Telugu communication required
• - Fluent Kannada communication required
• - Candidates must be comfortable communicating in multiple languages
• - Strong customer service and relationship management skills
• - Good problem-solving and communication abilities
• - Relevant experience in customer service or renewals preferred
