Customer Success Associate – Outbound Sales (Health/Life Insurance)
Job Description
We are hiring Customer Success Associates for our Pune office for an outbound sales/pre-sales role in the Health Insurance and Life Insurance domain. The selected candidates will be responsible for selling health and life insurance policies to customers, explaining policy benefits, coverage, exclusions and other relevant details, and assisting customers throughout the purchase process. Candidates will handle outbound customer interactions, understand customer requirements, address queries and objections, negotiate effectively, and work toward achieving individual and business sales targets. The role also involves maintaining accurate customer and sales records and building strong customer relationships. Candidates must be comfortable working in a target-driven outbound sales environment and should have strong communication, objection-handling and negotiation skills. A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Health Insurance or Life Insurance sales is mandatory. Graduation in any stream is required.
Requirements
- - Graduate from any stream
- - Minimum 1 year of experience in Health Insurance or Life Insurance sales
- - Experience in outbound sales or pre-sales preferred
- - English and Hindi are mandatory
- - Additional Indian language proficiency will be an advantage
- - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- - Excellent objection handling and negotiation skills
- - Comfortable working with sales targets
- - Ability to explain insurance benefits, coverage and exclusions clearly
- - Strong customer relationship management skills
- - Comfortable working from office in Kharadi, Pune
